TV Series News – Legends Of Tomorrow Is Losing Brandon Routh And One More In Season 5

TV Series News
Legends of Tomorrow is going to get a lot less legendary in the upcoming fifth season on The CW. The show will lose one of its few remaining original stars in Brandon Routh, who has played Ray Palmer ever since the third season of Arrow, after which he moved over to help launch Legends. He's not the only series regular leaving Legends in Season 5 either. Courtney Ford is also bowing out. Real-life married couple Brandon Routh and Courtney Ford play in-show love interests Ray Palmer and Nora Darhk on the show. Ford was bumped up to series regular status in Season 4 after recurring in Season 3. The two actors will leave because a creative decision was made to finish up their storyline on the series, according to Deadline, which may mean a happily-ever-after for the unusual but surprisingl...

TV Series News – Arrow Executive Producer Addresses Major Season 8 Rumor: ‘Just Patently Untrue’

TV Series News
Arrow made big news back in March with the reveal that its eighth season will also be its last. The final season will air in the same TV season as the gigantic "Crisis on Infinite Earths" that will air over episodes of Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, and Batwoman, with a little bit of Black Lightning thrown into the Arrow-verse for the first time. "Crisis" is by far the biggest and most ambitious endeavor of the Arrow-verse so far, which led many fans to speculate that Arrow was only renewed for Season 8 to set up the crossover. The rumor that Arrow Season 8 is all about "Crisis on Infinite Earths" was at least partly fueled by the fact that Arrow is ending after only ten episodes, which means it won't last very long after the crossover airs. The departure of leading l...

TV Series News – Kirsten Dunst Defends Calling Kissing Vampire Brad Pitt At 11 ‘Gross’

TV Series News
Not many women can say they’ve kissed Brad Pitt, and I’d imagine if you have, it’d be something to boast about. Not for Kirsten Dunst. The actress gave him a peck on the lips for 1994’s Interview With a Vampire in one of her first big-screen roles ever. Now that it has been 25 years since the gothic romantic horror film was released, she still stands by her original reaction on shooting the scene. In her words: At the recent Los Angeles premiere of her new Showtime series Becoming A God In Central Florida, Kirsten Dunst defended calling that one kiss from Interview With a Vampire “gross” because it actually was to her at the time. She was eleven and he was 30. They have almost a 20-year age gap! Do we blame her? Check out her words to ET back in 1994 when she was asked about the kiss at

TV Series News – Miley Cyrus Says She Was Kicked Off Hotel Transylvania Movie Over Penis Cake

TV Series News
For those unfamiliar, Miley Cyrus was originally cast to play Mavis, daughter of Adam Sandler’s Dracula, for the first Hotel Transylvania movie back in November 2011. At this point, Cyrus already had some animated movie experience under her belt with Disney’s Bolt, so getting to participate in this Sony feature would have expanded that portion of her resume. However, just four months later, Miley Cyrus left Hotel Transylvania and Selena Gomez was tapped as the new Mavis, a role she kept for the following two sequels and will presumably reprise for Hotel Transylvania 4. At the time, Cyrus attributed her exit to wanting to work on her music, but seven years later, she revealed the real reason: evidently some higher-ups weren’t pleased that she bought her then-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth a bi

TV Series News – Yellowstone Star Reacts To Dabney Coleman Casting, Says ‘So Many Legends’ Want To Join The Show

TV Series News
Yellowstone has cast actor Dabney Coleman in a vital role. It turns out that he is not the only acting legend wanting to come on the hit show. Yellowstone star and Season 3 series regular Denim Richards, who plays Colby on the drama, has shared that many want the chance as well. Speaking with CinemaBlend, Richards told me this: An opportunity to star on Yellowstone is in high-demand. It makes sense that so many artists are clamoring for a shot to go toe-to-toe with the drama's incredible ensemble. As Denim Richards points out, the show is home to quite an array of talent. Danny Huston and Gil Birmingham are among them. In Season 2, the show welcomed Neal McDonough as big bad Malcolm Beck, a villain who gets viler by the moment. Another actor climbing up into the saddle of the Season 2 ...

TV Series News – How The Rise Of Skywalker May Use Them

TV Series News
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is said to be a conclusive wrap on the first nine episodes of the franchise, also known as the Skywalker Saga. There's been a lot of speculation about what may or may not appear, and while we have no idea what elements will return for sure, there are signs that indicate Force Ghosts will return. After all, it'd be a little hard to end the Skywalker Saga without a Skywalker, right? Well, since Mark Hamill is returning, it's most likely going to be as an advising Force Ghost to Rey. One would hope anyway because the Emperor may be back, and that's a whole other bag of tricks that could imply Force Ghosts have a bigger presence in this movie than some may think. Is your head already spinning? Don't worry, here's some of the major thing...

TV Series News – Robert De Niro’s Company Sues Ex-Employee For Watching Friends During Work Hours

TV Series News
Getting fired from a promising job can be one of life's biggest disappointments, especially for those who pride themselves on being key employees. But also for those who mostly used their work hours to catch up on binge-watching TV. Case in point: Robert De Niro's company Canal Productions has filed a $6 million lawsuit against a former employee who binge-watched an absurd amount of streaming TV while on the clock. Oh, and also for embezzling money. In a lawsuit filed on Saturday in New York's state court, quite a few allegations were made about former Canal employee Chase Robinson, sparking the $6 million suit. Robinson actually left the company back in April, due to suspicions of "corporate sabotage." It possibly speaks to the preliminary research that went into this lawsuit that it's...
