TV Series News – Dancing With The Stars Fans Aren’t Happy About Bachelorette Hannah Brown’s Disney Night Scores

TV Series News
Spoilers ahead for October 14 episode of Dancing with the Stars Season 28. Disney Night returned to Dancing with the Stars on October 14. Although Sean Spicer's Toy Story quickstep isn't going to go down as one of the best in DWTS history, Ally Brooke got all 9s for her beautiful Beauty and the Beast number and Kel Mitchell undoubtedly has viewers everywhere ready to return to high school after his jazz routine to High School Musical's "We're All In This Together." One of the loveliest of the night, however, was former Bachelorette Hannah Brown's Aladdin foxtrot with partner Alan Bernsten, but judge Len Goodman wasn't overly impressed, and fans aren't happy. Hannah and Alan danced to the legendary Disney love song "A Whole New World," from Aladdin. Everything from the costumes to the d...

TV Series News – Will Buck Lose Everything In The Aftermath Of The Tsunami?

TV Series News
Spoilers ahead for the October 14 episode of 9-1-1 on Fox, called "Triggers." 9-1-1 got off to an intense start in Season 3 thanks to the massive tsunami that hit the Santa Monica Pier and created a truly titanic catastrophe that even Ronda Rousey couldn't punch into submission. Buck, who had been benched from the LAFD after his health crisis at the end of Season 2, had been at the pier with young Christopher when the tsunami hit, and they went through a terrifying ordeal that they were lucky to both survive. Now, however, it seems Buck may have survived the tsunami only to lose everything in the aftermath. Buck was actually surprisingly upbeat at the beginning of the episode considering he was on "light duty," a.k.a. working as a fire marshal. It turned out that Buck was under the imp...

TV Series News – 9 More Hilarious Jungle Cruise Jokes We Need To Hear In The Movie

TV Series News
The original Jungle Cruise was a day one attraction at Disneyland when the park opened in 1955, and ever since it's been one of the more popular rides in the park. There are now five different versions of the Jungle Cruise at different Disney parks around the world. Originally, the Jungle Cruise was designed to be a vaguely educational sort of attraction, with guests learning about the different major rivers of the world and the animals that inhabit them. However, since the early 1960s, the attraction has evolved, and today it's much better known for the jokes spouted by the various skippers. With the new Jungle Cruise movie set to debut next summer, it was almost guaranteed that some of those jokes would be immortalized in film. That was confirmed with the rele...

TV Series News – Why The Expanse Season 4 Will Be So Much Better On Amazon Than Syfy

TV Series News
So much change is ahead for the crew of the Rocinante and viewers of The Expanse Season 4 -- and, at least for us, it should be change for the better! The series is based on the eight books so far by James S. A. Corey. Each TV season on Syfy was a rough adaptation of one novel in The Expanse series. However, when Syfy cancelled The Expanse after three seasons, it left the whole saga hanging. After a massive fan campaign, Amazon saved The Expanse for Season 4, which will drop all 10 episodes on December 13 on Amazon Prime Video. Everyone involved with the show was understandably thrilled to be saved, but particularly happy to be saved by Amazon, figuring the streamer to be the show's rightful home all along. (No offense, Syfy.) We literally feel like we died and...

TV Series News – Venom Director Ruben Fleischer Confirms That Spider-Man Will Eventually Cross Over

TV Series News
Just because Marvel and Sony came up with a new arrangement to keep Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe doesn’t mean the latter studio, which still holds the film rights to the Web-Slinger’s mythology, doesn’t have its own plans for the character. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has said that Spidey is “the only hero with the superpower to cross cinematic universes,” leading to speculation that Sony will somehow incorporate Tom Holland’s iteration of the hero into its own shared Marvel universe. According to Venom director Ruben Fleischer, that’s exactly what’s on the horizon. As he put it: When Marvel and Sony started collaborating on Spider-Man, that means that while Sony was establishing its own franchise filled with Spider-Man characters, they couldn’t include the hero

TV Series News – Jesse Eisenberg Suspects He Won’t Play Lex Luthor Again

TV Series News
While Jesse Eisenberg’s portrayal of Lex Luthor in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was met with polarizing reactions, given that the character returned for a cameo appearance at the end of Justice League, it was expected that he’d continue playing an important role in the DC Extended Universe. However, the direction of this franchise has changed significantly since the release of Justice League, and a recent comment from Eisenberg indicates he doesn’t expect that he’ll be asked to reprise Luthor. Jesse Eisenberg has been making the press rounds for his latest movie, Zombieland: Double Tap, which includes doing some interviews alongside his co-star Woody Harrelson. In one interview, when both actors were asked if they knew when they’d be playing their respective comic book characters

TV Series News – SNL Vet Jason Sudeikis Is Returning To TV For Coach Ted Lasso Series

TV Series News
Jason Sudeikis was a regular presence on the small screen for a decade thanks to his role on Saturday Night Live, and he's now poised to return to TV for the first time since leaving SNL back in 2013. Sudeikis will actually reprise a role for the new show, but not one of those most famous from his SNL days. Rather, he'll be playing Coach Ted Lasso for an Apple TV+ series, fittingly called Ted Lasso. In case you're not familiar with Ted Lasso, here's what you need to know. The character was created for NBC promotional videos back in 2013 and showcased Jason Sudeikis, then famous for NBC's Saturday Night Live, as an American football coach who heads across the pond to coach a very different kind of football: soccer! The Ted Lasso TV show won't air on NBC or head to the Peacock streaming ...

TV Series News – The Hilarious Reason Snoop Dogg Isn’t In Jay And Silent Bob Reboot

TV Series News
You truly never know what’s going happen when making a movie like Jay and Silent Bob Reboot. Writer/director/co-star Kevin Smith certainly knows that lesson first hand after decades of making movies, and his latest story to that effect plays into the fact that Smith had a big cameo planned for the film that involved none other than Snoop Dogg himself. Though as it turns out, that cameo never happened, and for some pretty hilarious reasons. I was given the honor to speak with Kevin Smith recently, on behalf of CinemaBlend, to discuss Jay and Silent Bob Reboot and all of the fun stories that went into how and why the movie was made. As this film is already stacked with cameos from folks like Val Kilmer, Rosario Dawson, Shannon Elizabeth, and Supergirl’s Melissa Benoist, I was curious abou

TV Series News – 7 Paul Rudd Movies Worth Streaming On Netflix Before Living With Yourself

TV Series News
That headline may make it look like I'm suggesting you start living with yourself after streaming Paul Rudd movies. But no! You should be living with Paul Rudd, all the Paul Rudd. Netflix has several Rudd movies available to watch before this Friday gives us a double-dose of the Marvel hero in his 8-episode series Living With Yourself. He plays two versions of the same character in the series, showing that Netflix understands you can never have too much Paul Rudd. On that note, stream these Paul Rudd titles before the October 18 premiere of Living With Yourself. If you're not into Paul Rudd ... you probably wouldn't be reading this, but I do streaming recommendations every Monday and the bottom of this post has a crapload of other options for you. The Fundame...
